 गुजरात के कच्छ जिले में आदिपुर के पास गोपालपुरी स्टेसन है । वहाँ किसी रेलवे के अधिकारी के यहाँ गुरुमहाराज श्री लीलाशाहजी बापू का पदार्पण हुआ । वापसी में कार बुलवाने में देरी हो गयी । बाबाजी ने कहा : ‘‘केवल तीन-चार कि.मी. पर ही तो है आदिपुर । चलो, हम टहलते-टहलते ही वहाँ चलते हैं । घूमने का तो शौक था ही बाबाजी को ।

 इतने में देखा कि गोपालपुरी स्टेशन से ट्रेन सीटी मारती हुई चल पडी । बाबा ने पूछा : ‘‘यह गाडी कहाँ जायेगी ।
वह ऑफिसर बोला : ‘‘साँर्इं ! यह तो आदिपुर जायेगी, अपने आश्रम के पास ही ।
बाबा : ‘‘तो फिर चलो, इसमें ही बैठते हैं ।

 वह : ‘‘पर साँर्इं ! इसे तो सिग्नल मिल गया है । इसने प्लेटफार्म भी छोड दिया है ।
बाबा : ‘‘तो इसमें क्या हो गया ? अभी हमें तो दिखती है न ? उससे बोलो खडी रहे… और तू तो रेलवे का ऑफिसर है । तू बोलता नहीं खडी रहे ।
 वह : ‘‘बाबा ! हम यहाँ बोलेंगे तो इंजिन कहाँ सुनेगा ।
बाबा : ‘‘मेरी बात तो मान । बोल, रुक जा… रुक जा ।
उसने कहा : ‘‘माई ! रुक जा । साँर्इं बोलते हैं रुक जा ।
क्या पता क्या हुआ, गाडी खडी हो गयी । ड्राइवर लाख प्रयत्न करे, गाडी चले ही नहीं । बाबाजी और वह ऑफिसर फस्ट क्लास में जा बैठे । वह ऑफिसर बेचारा स्वामीजी के आगे गद्गद् होकर कहने लगा : ‘‘साँर्इं ! आपकी लीला न्यारी है !

 बाबाजी : ‘‘अरे ! तू टिकट ले आ ।
वह : ‘‘साँर्इं टिकट की कोई जरूरत नहीं है ।
बाबाजी : ‘‘तुझे तो कोई जरूरत नहीं, तू तो रेलवे विभाग का है, मगर मैं थोडे ही रेलवे विभाग का हूँ !

वह : ‘‘पर साँर्इं ! इस दौरान गाडी चल पडी तो । बाबाजी : ‘‘अरे ! तू बात काटता है ? जा टिकट ले आ ।
वह आदमी गया, प्लेटफार्म पर से टिकट ले आया और बैठा । बाबाजी ने कहा : ‘‘अरे ! ऐसे कैसे बैठता है ? जब गाडी को रोका है तो पहले ब्रेक खोल दे । इसको ठहरने को कहा था न ! अब इसे चलने की आज्ञा दे दे । बेचारा ड्राईवर परेशान हो रहा होगा कि क्या है, क्या नहीं ? देख, लोग भी सब नीचे उतर रहे हैं । ले यह कमंडल । उसमें से पानी का छींटा मार और बोल : “चल माई, चल “। और वह चलेगी ।
…और वैसा ही हुआ ।

आप लोग इस बात को बहुत बडी मानते हैं । मगर हमारे गुरुजी इस बात को बडी नहीं मानते थे । हम भी इसको बडी नहीं मानते । हम जब साधना करते थे तब ऐसे चमत्कार हुआ करते थे ।
